British Special Interest Group

In this group, we will be exploring our British ancestors. Whether your ancestors came to America or as far away as New Zealand, all are welcome to explore ways of tracing them back to their homeland. This will be a general discussion group to help each other as we search for that link back to the homeland.

Carol Landry-Fiske is a descendant of Luke Hansard, Printer of the House. She is a member of British Families in India (FIBIS) and the New Zealand Genealogical Society. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she learned about the British in the West Indies. Her husband’s Harlow Family Association owns and maintains a home built from the timbers of the Mayflower.
